Delivery and Returns


We are currently experiencing delays throughout January 2024, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 10-15 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience!

We hope to have our usual delivery back up and running for February 2024, where we are able to dispatch within 24 hours.

UK delivery

Standard postage in the UK is free, and takes 2-4 business days, pot the dispatch date. Express delivery in the UK is £2 and takes 1-3 business days post dispatch. 

Shipments are arranged via UK Royal Mail for all UK orders. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.

International delivery

We offer internal delivery for £5 per order and this takes 3-17 business days post dispatch.

All international orders are now shipped via different international couriers, to ensure the fastest delivery possible. 


We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30-days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, all you need to do is email us and we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order when you receive it let us know as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can fix any issue for you straight away. 


Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items and we're not able to accept refunds on earrings including huggies, clickers and studs for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, defective or damaged. 


We'll let you know once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out!
